KIPDA is the Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living for Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble Counties. The Aging & Disability Advisory Council is comprised of community individuals that help guide KIPDA’s decisions regarding social services that impact those who are aging, living with disabilities or serving those populations.
These meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month from 10:00 am – 11:30 am.
We are actively seeking new members
Are you a participant in a local aging program; a family caregiver; service provider; representative of the aging and disabled business community; veteran; member of the KIPDA region over 60 or with a disability? If you answered yes, joining the Area Agency on Aging & Disability Advisory Council can offer you an opportunity to provide guidance and recommendations on the needs, planning and evaluation of services for older adults and individuals with disabilities.
