Senior Nutrition Program

This program provides meals, Monday through Friday, for individuals over the age of sixty (60) and their spouses and/or disabled dependents at centers throughout the KIPDA region. Meal centers also provide nutrition education, connections to other community services specifically for older adults, and a variety of fun activities.

The program can also provide meals at home for older adults who are unable to cook for themselves; have no one to cook for them or are unable to attend a senior meal center. This service is commonly referred to as “Meals on Wheels.”
