Social Services Division: Case Management/Service Advisor – Performs case management activities related to Medicaid waiver and in-home services for older adults and persons with disabilities. Home visits in seven-county area. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or closely related Human Service field with 2 years’ full-time experience or Master’s Degree with 6 months’ full-time experience with the appropriate populations.

Social Services Division: In-Person Assister (IPA) Team Leader 
– Responsible for the comprehensive oversight and implementation of the IPA Program, which includes outreach, education, and enrollment activities as prescribed by the Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange (KHBE). Minimum qualifications include Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Health, Human Services or other related field with 2 years’ off-site supervisory experience; Master’s Degree preferred.

Social Services Division: Quality Management Planner – Develops and implements a Quality Management Plan for the Division of Social Services including systems for quality assurance and quality improvement; assists the Division with administration of case management and assessment policies and procedures. Master’s Degree preferred in Social Work, Nursing or closely related field and three years’ related experience.
