Social Services Division: Case Management/Service Advisor (part-time and full-time) – Performs case management activities related to Medicaid waiver and in-home services for older adults and persons with disabilities. Home visits in seven-county area. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or closely related Human Service field with 2 years’ full-time experience or Master’s Degree with 6 months’ full-time experience with the appropriate populations.

Social Services Division: In Person Assister (IPA) - Provides outreach, education and enrollment activities pertaining to various healthcare insurance products, available on kynect, for consumers and small employers seeking health insurance in Bullitt, Carroll, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer and Trimble counties. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. The length of employment with this position is subject to grant funding. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Policy, Human Services or other related field, with one year experience and proficiency with mobile technology and Windows based software. This position will be required to submit to a background check and validate compliance with conflict of interest policies of the Kentucky Health Benefit and Health Information Exchange.

Social Services Division: Special Projects Coordinator – Oversees the management of special projects, including grants and other initiatives, created to serve older adults and persons with disabilities; ensures compliance with contracts and provides support to community partners and volunteers. Will recruit and engage volunteers to work with the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP); provides training to volunteers and ensures program recipients receive sound benefits counseling and assistance. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services related field with five years’ experience in program management and community relations.
