    Community & Economic Development Division: Community & Economic Development Specialist - Assists locals governments within the region to foster economic and community growth; assists in obtaining funding for projects; writes and administers grants; provides assistance to ensure compliance with funding agencies; updates economic development and hazard mitigation plans.

    Social Services Division: Case Management/Service Advisor (part-time and full-time) – Performs case management activities related to Medicaid waiver and in-home services for older adults and persons with disabilities. Home visits in seven-county area. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or closely related Human Service field with 2 years’ full-time experience or Master’s Degree with 6 months’ full-time experience with the appropriate populations.

    Social Services Division: Family Caregiver Program Coordinator - Administers the National Family Caregiver Program and Kentucky Caregiver Program in KIPDA’s seven county region in Kentucky, which includes identifying and engaging with partner agencies in the community on behalf of persons caring for older adults, grandchildren and other kinship youth, persons with disabilities and persons with dementia. Performs perform eligibility assessments, develops plans of care and provides case management to clients enrolled in the Caregiver Programs. Facilitates access to services, manages outreach and education events, collaborates with partners, coordinates support groups, grant writing, program monitoring, etc. Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Gerontology, or related field supplemented by two years’ related work experience.
